Terms & Conditions

Orders are accepted under the following terms & conditions. These terms and conditions will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

VAT

All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT.

Delivery

All prices quoted are exclusive of delivery. Unless otherwise confirmed in writing, all orders are despatched by an overnight courier company. Please be aware that overnight courier companies are not 100% reliable. We accept responsibility for ensuring your order is received by the courier company, and their paperwork is completed accurately. However, we do not accept responsibility for errors made by overnight courier companies. We can offer a same day delivery service if it is essential that your order is received on a specific date or time.

Payment Terms

Credit is subject to approval by our credit referral agency. In the case of a zero credit limit we will require cleared funds prior to despatch of goods. Payment terms for credit account customers are strictly 30 days from date of invoice. We reserve the right to charge interest under The Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act on overdue accounts.

Packing and Transport

Mirage Display will ensure that all orders are packaged in a way suitable to the method of despatch. Mirage Display do not accept liability for any delay to, damage to or loss of articles after leaving our works. Claims for damage while in transit should be made in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods. In the absence of written notification we will be unable to accept any liability.

Insurance

Goods are despatched under the standard insurance terms supplied by the courier. Additional insurance is available on request.

Artwork

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are based on artwork supplied to the specifications detailed in our Digital Artwork Sheet. Mirage Display Ltd reserves the right to alter the price and/or terms of quotation if artwork received differs from the specifications within the Digital Artwork Sheet.

Passing of Title and Risk

The risk in the goods shall pass to you on delivery. All goods, delivered or not, remain our property until payment is received in full. Until such time as payment is made you shall retain such goods separately from other goods and clearly mark them in such a way that they can be readily identified as being our property and any payment received by you for any sale of such goods must be held in a separate account in trust for us. In the event of non-payment by you for such goods we will, without loss of any rights or remedy, remove from your possession those goods belonging to us in accordance with these conditions and we shall be entitled to enter upon the property where the goods are stored to repossess and remove the same. You hereby grant us an irrevocable licence to enter your premises for the said purposes.
